PRO SHOPS SERVICES-IMPERIAL KENT NORTH CENTRE

The Town of Richibucto, 9235 Main Street, unit #1, Richibucto, NB E4W 4B4, will accept sealed tenders until 2:00 p.m., on Thursday September 8th, 2022 for the pro shop services at the Imperial Kent North Centre (33 Morgan St., Richibucto)

Commencing August 18th, 2022 copies of tender documents may be obtained through the New Brunswick Opportunities Network (NBON) or at the town office located at: Town of Richibucto, 9235, rue Main St, Unit #1, Richibucto, NB E4W 4B4. It is the responsibility of the bidder to register with NBON.

The invitation to tender is for Pro Shop services at the Imperial Kent North Centre. Proponents are invited to provide a financial bid in the form of a monthly rent proposal for the location of a space within the facility. The successful tenderer will have to provide the minimum services as listed in this tender call. The agreement will be for a one-year contract renewable for an extra year for the period of October 1st, 2022, until October 1st, 2023. The potential duration of the agreement
is two years.

A public opening of tenders will take place at the Town of Richibucto offices immediately following the close of the tendering period. No award will be made at the tender opening. Instructions to bidders are included in the tender documents.

The tender must clearly indicate, "Pro Shops Services-Imperial Kent North Centre." The tender of the highest bidder or any other tenders will not necessarily be chosen. The tender will be awarded to the highest priced compliant bid.
