Description

The purpose of this RFP is to invite Proponents to submit proposals for professional services to complete the 2022 James Wastewater Treatment Plant Bio-Gas Upgrader, that is to remove unwanted gases and impurities from the excess biogas generated from the three anaerobic digesters and produce a methane dominant feed-stream.
