Description

The WCB is looking for a qualified Contractor to replace plumbing piping systems in the WCB Central Building site in Edmonton as identified within this and all referenced documents to this IFB process.
The specifications and requirements for this project are referenced in this document and included within the specifications and drawings attached.
The Work for the Parking Level 1 location has a structural post-tensioned (PT) system embedded in the slab and must be reviewed with WCB’s structural engineer, RJC Engineers, prior to installing any net new pipe hangers. The remaining floors/areas are within the core structure where PT is not present. The WCB is responsible for all engineering costs.
