230541 - Student Services Technology Solution

Red Deer Polytechnic (RDP) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to gather information regarding commercially available solutions for a student services technology platform either as one system for all requirements or as separate stand-alone systems.

The purpose of this Request for Information (“RFI”) is to gain an understanding of the types of software systems available for managing student services, and their functionalities. The software system(s) would need to be scalable to suit the various needs of the institution from the enterprise level. The number of users and number of licenses that would be required is not known at this time. The outcome of the RFI is to obtain information for the project charter, with the expectation that the implementation of the software(s) would provide efficiencies in student communication; streamline workflows; improve student engagement; connect students to activities, opportunities, and employment; and provide the institution the ability to record, engage and manage the holistic student journey. The information received will assist RDP in defining its requirements. RDP has not yet defined any implementation timelines for the system(s).
