ENMAX 22-2952 - ENMAX 22-2963 RFP for Customer Strategy and Programs Research Consultant

ENMAX Power Corporation (EPC) is issuing this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) for a research consultant(s) to work with ENMAX’s Customer Strategy and Programs (CS&P) team to develop customer insights function within ENMAX Power. Additionally, EPC is looking to utilize existing data insights to drive internal and customer program and function improvements, achieve cost savings, and operational efficiencies, and drive better customer experiences. Finally, EPC is interested in conducting new, proactive research with customers throughout its service territory to understand evolving customer expectations and needs that will enhance their relationship with their electricity services provider and the value electricity can provide for them today and into the future.
