Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City to submit non-binding proposals for the provision of Detailed Design for Underground Utility Replacements (the Deliverables) as set out in this section of the RFP. The selected Proponent will be requested to enter into negotiations for an agreement with the City for the provision of the Deliverables.

The services provided in this RFP will award the detailed design services for an initial two (2) year period for 2023 and 2024, with provision for an extension for three (3) additional years in one (1) year increments at the City’s sole discretion. Future locations will be identified the year prior to the proposed construction year.
