SIL-Livingston-RFQ-2022-1 - Silvera Livingston - Public Offering to Participate in the Expression of Interest and a RFQ Process for Prime Consultant Team Services

Altus Group, on behalf of Silvera for Seniors, is managing the selection process for Prime Consultant Team services for the Silvera Livingston project.

In this first phase, the evaluation team intends to short-list up to five highest scoring Proponents. The basis of this selection is to confirm qualifications and secure availability of sub consultant teams to complete the project design in a timely manner as identified below. Those Proponents selected in phase 1 will be contacted to participate in a formal Request for Proposal (RFP) process. Successful Proponents should be prepared to respond when the RFP is issued. Only the Proponents who are notified of being short-listed will be invited to submit a Proposal to the RFP.

Silvera’s Livingston Project is located in North Calgary on 144 Ave NE. The Project will be the first building and Phase 1 of a new Silvera Campus on the property. The Project is envisioned to be a total of 63 affordable independent living apartments. The construction of the 63 units will require phased construction due to funding. For the purposes of this RFQ the proponent should acknowledge that design and coordination of all 63 units will be in scope, and 2 separate sets of tender and contract documents will be required to accommodate phased construction.
