Description

The City of Lacombe (City) is seeking a Consultant to undertake Engineering Services to complete detailed design, cost estimation and construction tender preparation for an approximately 680m long extension of the 76 Street undivided arterial roadway (Range Road 271). The extension is from the first Midway Centre subdivision access to the lift station and north quarter section line. A location plan is provided in Appendix A. The extension is required to provide access to the multi-family development to the north and to facilitate community growth in the area over time.
