Description

Through this Request for Proposals, the Corporation of the City of Vernon invites Proposals from providers of cellular phone services and devices for the provision of a 3-year service plan. The 3-year service plan (Contract Term) may be extended by 2 additional years upon mutual agreement. The Proposals from cellular phone service providers (the “Provider”) is for a new contract(s) for the supply of mobile devices, voice and data services to cover approximately 252 devices in-use in Vernon, British Columbia. the City is seeking proposals for plans/contracts which offer the best overall value, and most importantly - offer plan packages which are simple in administration and billing. The City is also interested in mitigating risks of Provider outages during emergency events and may enter into a Contract with one or more Provider. The City would also prefer an online portal for self-service plan management.
