The City of Charlottetown is requesting proposals from qualified firms for Managed Detection and Response solution & Endpoint Detection and Response solution to add to the City’s cyber security needs.

REQUIREMENTS AND SCOPE OF SERVICE The City of Charlottetown invites proposals to provide the following: Provision and installation of a fully functional Managed Detection & Response (MDR) / Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) solution to meet the City’s needs. The Scope of work includes implementation with assistance of the City’s IT Staff as well as supporting the ongoing MDR/EDR solution. MDR/EDR services include support, upgrades & release management.

Proposals shall be submitted by completing this document and placing it in a sealed envelope, clearly marked on the outside, “Managed Detection and Response & Endpoint Detection and Response, Finance Department; 3rd Floor City Hall, 199 Queen Street, Charlottetown, PE C1A 4B7” , and must be received by the Finance Department before 2:00:00 pm local time on Thursday, August 11 th, 2022. It is the responsibility of the bidder to deliver the sealed proposal to the 3 rd floor of City Hall before the time indicated. Late proposals will not be accepted and will be returned to the Proponent.
