Calgary Public Library provides networking service to staff, both over our Wide area network and remotely, as well as providing Internet access to our members at large. 
We treat the “member” network as a separate network, which has a higher associated risk.  The successful vendor will need to illustrate expertise is securing like environments. 

Multi Data Center experience including cloud datacentres. The environment includes Internet facing firewall for a duel homed environment with internet feed coming into separate data centres, Express Route and Cloud Datacenters
A support contract that includes:
Willing to work with other contractors used by the library
FortiOS Experience Products
Firewall, switch, Endpoint Detection and Remediation (EDR), FortiClient
Providing service to organization with more than 20 locations using multiple WAN technologies
Internal segmentation firewall – reflecting the Library data center model 
Use of the Fortiswitches 
Reporting 
Required NSE 4 Certification from Fortinet
Recommended NSE 5 and NSE 6 Certification from Fortinet
Preferred NSE 7 Certification from Fortinet
Expertise on Security Operations Center (SOC)
