Description

RFI to seek information related to the processes that exist to collect, analyze, and mobilize information from longitudinal, population-based surveys of employers and workers.
Scope of Work
Respondents are asked to provide the following information:

1) What are the analysis options that exist for population-based survey data from workers?

2) What are the analysis options that exist for population-based survey data from employers?

3) What are the analysis options that exist for longitudinal data from population-based surveys?

4) What are the knowledge mobilization/translation techniques that exist in the market for government outreach related to health and safety?

5) What are the knowledge mobilization/translation techniques that exist to help with program planning/priorities and internal knowledge mobilization for government?

6) What are the models that exist for creating and following a cohort over time? What are the models that exist for longitudinal studies that do not follow an identical cohort?

7)What outreach strategies exist to collect responses from hard-to-reach populations or from targeted groups (e.g., new workers, Indigenous workers, new immigrants, etc.)

Pricing Considerations
1) What are the pricing models for population-based surveys that exist in the market?

2)What is the effect of volume of intended sampling on those pricing models? What is the effect of timelines, scheduling, or duration?

3)What are the pricing models that exist for longitudinal studies with multiple iterations?

4)What are the price bands attached to these pricing models?

Please note that the Ministry is not looking for specific pricing through this RFI. It would, however, be helpful to understand the factors that possible vendors would use to determine pricing for this type of project.
