This RFSO is open to Prequalified parties who have received notification from The City prior to the Submission Deadline that they are Prequalified for Prime Contract Status in the following category: Interior Design .This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. it will instead be governed by the law applicable to the direct commercial negotiations
