Real Estate & Development Services (RE&DS), as landowner of the subject site, is seeking a full site analysis based on site legal survey, multiple conceptual scheme options, supportive preliminary engineering site servicing plan, preliminary transportation impact analysis, market analysis, and an opinion of probable costs, for example. This would support community engagement and the submission and approvals of planning applications for land use outline plan, road closure, and subdivision.
