Description

Project Scope
CLBC will contract with the Successful Proponent will participate in the following, which are further described in Section 2.2:
-        Support CLBC in further defining within policy what the required level of expertise for behavioural consultants is.
-        Support CLBC in development of processes that support CLBC staff in understanding how to monitor and ensure that improvements in behaviours are achieved as goals of each behaviours support and safety plan. Support the updating of the required level of expertise for behavioural consultants
-        Support the definition and implementation of what it means for CLBC staff to ‘safeguard’ Behavioural Support plans and Behavioural Safety plans
-        Identify any potential need for change in how the effectiveness of Behavioral Support plans and Behavioral Safety plans is determined. Clarify the implications of any potential changes on CLBC’s monitoring approach.
