R22-0000000230 - Supply and Install of Video Surveillance and Access Controls Equipment

The City seeks Proposals from qualified firms to supply and install corporate security infrastructure equipment and access controls in coordination with the City’s video surveillance and existing network and in compliance with City of Airdrie Surveillance Equipment Standards. The term of the agreement is to be for a period of five (5) years, with an option in favour of the City to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional five (5) year term.

Vendors must register on the City of Airdrie MERX portal, at no cost to you, in order to obtain competition documents.

Competition documents are to be obtained from Merx as shown below. Responses must be submitted via the Merx 4 online portal found at www.merx.com. Hard copies will not be accepted. Failure to submit via Merx 4 will result in a non-compliant bid.

All amendments to the associated notice, including amended documents, plans and specifications (where applicable), are issued on MERX. The City of Airdrie asks that you refer to the MERX for these amendments. No further information will be posted on APC.
