Description

Proposals shall be submitted by completing this document and placing it in a sealed, opaque envelope, clearly marked on the outside, “Engineering Consulting Services- Storm Water Data Collection and Modelling - Controller; 3rd Floor City Hall, 199 Queen Street, Charlottetown PE, C1A 4B7”, and must be received by the Controller before 2:00:00 pm local time on Monday, May 30, 2022. It is the responsibility of the bidder to deliver the sealed bid to the 3rd floor of City Hall before the time indicated. Late submissions will not be accepted and will be returned to the Bidder unopened.

The City of Charlottetown is issuing this Request for Quotations (RFP) with the goal of hiring an engineering consulting firm to complete the engineering work for various Public Works Capital Projects.

The intent of this work is to identify an engineering consulting firm to work with the City to complete engineering services required for the Public Works Department’s 2022 Capital Projects. The work, described in more detailed herein, is to include all work necessary, including surveying, inspection, design, etc., and follow TAC guidelines and industry best practices to complete the necessary work.

The intent of the RFP is to award the work to a qualified proponent with relevant experience and proven successes with projects of a similar nature.
