Description

The AGLC hosts two major Call Centres and various business IVR to handle phone calls relating to products and services from its customers and stakeholders. In this RFP the AGLC is seeking a Microsoft certified CCaaS solution, that will support omnichannel customer support capabilities via phone, email, SMS, and chat that the AGLC will be able to leverage as it evolves.
The AGLC currently uses a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool that does not support APIs. Therefore, the integration of APIs with the AGLC’s existing CRM solution is out of scope for this contract.
Once the AGLC has a new CRM solution that supports APIs, it will need to be integrated with the CCaaS solution resulting from this RFP. The successful proponent for this RFP is expected to support standard APIs to facilitate the integration with the AGLC’s future CRM solution. It is estimated that a decision on the CRM solution to be implemented is about one year away. The AGLC is not requesting a proposal on the proponent’s CRM solution at this time.
