ACRWC- Alberta Capital Region Wastewater Commission, Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta , herein
after called the "Owner,” requests Tenders from suitably qualified contractors for the construction
renovations and upgrade to the HVAC system at the Parkland Pump Station. This includes the
demolition of the existing system and addition of a glycol/ hot water heating system, new air
handlers, exhaust fans and all associated work. Construction must be complete by March 30,
2023. These Instructions to Tenderers apply to and govern the submission of Tenders for the
Contract.
