Description

The City of Burnaby's ("City") intent of this Request for Proposal ("RFP") is to obtain proposals for the Waste Receptacle Level Sensor Program ("Project") for the City of Burnaby ("City")

The City intends to award a Contract to supply, install, operate and maintain sensors for tracking the level of up to 1,200 waste receptacles as outlines in the RFP. The RFP allows an option of delivery of the sensors over a period of up to two (2) years at the sole discretion of the City and in accordance with the attached terms, conditions and requirements. The RFP also allows an option of up to three (3) individual one (1) year Contract extensions for operation and maintenance at the sole discretion of the City and in accordance with the attached terms, conditions and requirements. The City reserves the right to award a Contract in whole or in part to one or more Proponents
