Description

A fixed price tender, including all taxes, is required for furnace replacement related to the Lloydminster, Town House student dormitories at the Lakeland College Lloydminster Campus in Alberta. Included will be the following general scope of work:
.1 Removal and disposal of old furnaces
.2 Supply and install forty-five (45) new high efficiency furnaces
.3 Supply and install new venting
.4 Reconnect gas, ducting and any electrical required
.5 Discontinue and cap old venting
.6 Replace existing thermostat with new
