Description

ECSD is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced proponents to enter into an agreement for the procurement of Microsoft Surface hardware. At ECSD’s sole discretion, there will be an option to enter into a standing offer agreement for a term of two (2) years with the option to renew for an additional two (2), annual terms, provided all obligations have been met. This agreement will not exceed four (4) years. ECSD is looking for a solution that will simplify and increase hardware lifecycle management. Please submit proposals in accordance with this Request for Proposal (RFP) and any possible agreement to be entered into between ECSD and the successful proponent(s).
