Description

The purpose of this RFP is to invite qualified proponents to submit proposals for HVAC preventative maintenance services at Resort Municipality of Whistler (RMOW) buildings in accordance with the requirements set out herein (collectively, the "Services") and as outlined in Appendix B.

Scope and services required are detailed in Appendix B, and include the HVAC preventative maintenance services at the following locations:
1. Animal Shelter (W.A.G.)
2. Fire Hall #1 (incl. adjacent modular bldg.)
3. Fire Hall #2 (Alpine)
4. Fire Hall #3 (Spring Creek)
5. Public Safety Building (RCMP)
6. Spring Creek Community Centre
7. Spruce Grove Fieldhouse
8. Public Works Yard Main Building
9. Public Works Yard Utilities Building
10. Public Library
11. Municipal Hall (incl. adjacent modular bldg.)
12. Public Washroom buildings:
*i. Meadow Park
*ii. Lost Lake
*iii. Rainbow Park
*iv. Lakeside Park
*v. Spruce Grove (washroom/concession)
