REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
Western Financial Security Services

The City is seeking proposals from qualified parties for the provision of security guards for Western Financial Place on an hourly basis as directed by the General Manager acting on behalf of the City. The successful proponent will enter into a contract with the City for a three-year period.
