RFP-WHS-2022-IT-01 - WorkSafeNB Request for Proposals for a Security Advisory and Assessment Services Solution
ADDENDUM 2 - THIS ADDENDUM IS IN RESPONSE TO INQUIRIES.
ADDENDUM 1 - THIS ADDENDUM IS TO AMEND THE KEY DATES.
INVITATION
The Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Commission ("WorkSafeNB"), a commission established under the Workplace, Health, Safety and Compensation Commission Act and Workers' Compensation Appeals Tribunal Act (New Brunswick), wishes to invite Proposal(s) from qualified entities (the "Proponents") to provide a Security Advisory and Assessment Services.
WorkSafeNB is seeking the services of a proponent to provide security advisory and assessment services, in collaboration with WorkSafeNB, which must include the following advisory and assessment service offerings at a high level:
- Information Technology ("IT") Project Risk Assessments and Third-Party IT Due Diligence
- Assessments
- Organizational Security Exercises
- Periodic Threat and Risk Assessments ("TRA")
- Periodic Penetration Testing Assessments

RFP documents and all addenda will be posted electronically through The New Brunswick Opportunities Network ("NBON") (https://nbon-rpanb.gnb.ca).

For the purposes of this procurement process, the "RFP Contact" will be:

Proponents and their representatives are not permitted to contact any employees, officers, agents, elected or appointed officials, or other representatives of WorkSafeNB, other than the RFP Contact, concerning matters regarding this RFP. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in the disqualification of the proponent and the rejection of the proponent's proposal.
All inquiries pertaining to this RFP must be addressed in writing by 4:00 PM local time on Monday, February 7th, 2022 to the "RFP Contact" above.
Written response to inquiries will be posted on NBON website not later than 4:00 PM local time on Tuesday, February 15th, 2022.
RFP SUBMISSIONS
RFP submissions for RFP-WHS-2022-IT-01 - WorkSafeNB Request for Proposals for a Security Advisory and Assessment Services Solution, must be received before 4:00 PM local time on Tuesday, February 22nd, 2022.

1. This RFP is conducted under the requirements and terms and conditions of the Procurement Act, New Brunswick Regulation 2014-93, and the subsequent revisions and amendments.
