Description

1. "This RFP is open & competitive. Proponents will need to assume Prime for Safety and will be evaluated by The City of Calgary's ESM Department.
2. Planned Hydrovac and Landscaping Services for Tree Planting Site Preparation at various city locations.
3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
4. Term is for (2) two years with the option for an additional term of up to two (2) additional, two (2) year terms.
