Re: Ungerboeck Event Business Management Software (EBMS) Upgrade and Migration

Notice is hereby given by the City of Vancouver ("City") of its intent to contract with
Ungerboeck Systems International LLC ("Ungerboeck") for the provision of Ungerboeck EBMS
upgrade to a new supported version, and migration from on premise system to cloud based
software as a service (SaaS).

Term: One (1) year with the option to extend annually in perpetuity.

Value: The contract is valued at approximately $55,040.00 USD for the initial 1-year term,
which includes software upgrade, migration to cloud, and annual subscriptions.
