Description

1. ThisRequest for Standing Offer is open only to those Prequalified Parties who have received notification from The City prior to Submission Deadline that they are Prequalified for Prime Contractor for Safety status in the following category or categories:
Water Treatment Plants, C7200000 or
Water Pump Stations and Reservoirs, C7200001.

2. Summary description of procurement: The City of Calgary is looking for qualified Contractors to provide Water Treatment Process Piping Services on an as needed basis.
3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
4. The City intends to enter into a Master Agreement with each of the Selected Respondents for a term of three (3) years (the “Master Agreement Term”).
