RFP 2021-0128 - Climate Change and Wellness Survey Services

The University (CCGHRG) is seeking a firm that has the ability to conduct participant recruitment and data collection for a large national survey. The survey will be conducted over a twelve (12) month period (October 2021 - October 2022) with the intention of beginning Pilot Testing in October 2021. The Contractor will use online and telephone (landline and cellular) questionnaires to interview 3,757 (minimum) or 4,199 (preferred) Canadians in English and French (and Inuktitut, if possible) in all provinces and territories. The questionnaire is intended to take approximately ten (10) minutes to administer and aims to collect information on climate change and wellness. At the end of each month, the Contractor will transfer data from the telephone and online interviews to CCGHRG using a secure platform. The Contractor will have one (1) month following completion of data collection to provide the final data, nationally representative estimates, and a final written report summarizing call statistics to the CCGHRG.
