The Services are exterior ground maintenance/landscaping for the Owner’s various Water Plants and Reservoir Sites in Edmonton. Scope of Services may include, but is not limited to, all grounds maintenance activities such as:

• Lawn cutting and maintenance
• Flower bed planting and maintenance
• Spring and fall cleanup
• Tree and shrub maintenance
• Weed, insect, and plant disease control

The Contractor is to supply all materials, equipment, labour and other associated items necessary to perform the ground maintenance stated in this schedule. The Contractor must employ a certified journeyman landscape gardener and fully licensed and approved pesticide applicators.

The Contractor must provide service to all areas identified at each site. The priorities include, but are not limited to, the following items:

• Lawn and turf areas
• Flower beds, gardens and plantings
• Trees and shrubs
• All grounds in general
• City property and boulevards adjoining the sites

This Scope of Services is applicable to the following sites
• Rossdale Service Area, 9469 Rossdale Road
• E.L. Smith Service Area, 3900 EL Smith Road
• All Reservoirs and Booster Stations (Located details as per Schedule D – Location and Pricing)
