Description

The main items of Work of this Contract include the following:
.1 General conditions for mobilization, safety, construction administration and coordination, submittals, permits, care of water, traffic management, commissioning, cleaning etc.
.2 Site preparation, site grading, building location surveying, backfill placement, compaction, and specified landscaping. Site work for deep and shallow utilities as noted in drawing package for water, sewer, storm, gas, electrical and communications.
.3 Construction of the building as noted in drawings including required subtrades and specialty contractors required to complete the construction. Equipment and materials specified, to be supplied to the site and installed in good working order.
