1. INVITATION TO BIDDER
The Town of Devon has contracted Select Engineering Consultants Ltd. to seek bids from qualified general contractors for the construction of the new ball diamond facility west of Highway 60. Contractors require experience related to baseball field construction, fencing, dugout construction, hard surface paving and installation of ball field amenities including foul poles and backstops.
2. PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Ball Diamonds Development program will generally consist of the following: • Fine grading • Infield Sub-drainage System • Gravel Parking and Roads • Fencing (including backstops) • Baseball Amenities (Dugouts) • Limestone Trails • Additional Site Amenities and Improvements • Washrooms • Landscaping
