• Cost to have a Bidder representative travel to the Worsley Fire Hall in Worsley, Alberta to measure fire fighters to ensure proper sizing for turnout gear coats and/or pants being ordered under this tender. NOTE: Date & Time of measuring session to be determined between Fire Dept representative and the successful bidder.

Clear Hills County does not recommend using Courier Services, as service to the County office is very limited and there is no guarantee the tender will arrive on time.
Tenders will be opened on February 9, 2021 at 9:35 a.m. at a regular council meeting in the Clear Hills County Council Chambers. Clear Hills County reserves the right to reject any or all Tenders.
