23CEBA20 - CEBA Collections Paper Mail

In order to support collections there is a requirement to send a post loan assignment letter to CEBA loan holders to inform them of their CEBA ID number which is required to access and manage their loans within the EDC collections system.  Services and Deliverables include work with EDC to confirm print requirements, build, test and implement a solution, process weekly file(s) from EDC of the variable data elements required to customize the letter for each individual loan holder, merge the variable data elements for each loan holder with the EDC provided letter template, validate address information (Canadian and Foreign Addresses which will be mostly US addresses), print, package and mail letters to the appropriate loan holder in an envelope that meets EDC security requirements, provide reporting to EDC of mail outcomes i.e. returned mail, invalid addresses etc. in a specified format and cadence, process returned mail and identify the CEBA Identification Number contained from the returned letter followed by the subsequent destruction of the returned letter, the report and destruction of all cases of returned mail and reports of mail outcomes and statistics.
