Cost for rail car procurement, car modification, and returning of cars required for the mobilization of emergency equipment and supplies to Pukatawagan to restore power to the community as a result of the wildfires that damaged Line 7. VJ Berscheid LTD is a Transport Logistics company in The Pas. They work closely with the rail company KRC Rail, who make 2 trips with goods and supplies weekly to Pukatawagan. VJ Berscheid was engaged at the outset of the Pukatawagan restoration project to handle the logistics of shipping the required materials and vehicles for both the temporary power service to Pukatawagan, and the Line 7 restoration by Vallard.
