IIC is a federal agency working to promote Canada as a premier investment destination to increase foreign direct investment (“FDI”) into Canada for the benefit of the Canadian economy. To achieve this, IIC is promoting Canada as a premier business expansion destination in key target markets every year, through various marketing executions. Through this RFP, IIC seeks to establish an agreement with a marketing creative agency of record (“Creative AOR”) that possesses a strong global presence, can leverage existing connections, and can clearly demonstrate globally successful brand platform development and country-specific campaign creative development and execution experience and expertise.

The Creative AOR will support promoting Canada on the world stage as an FDI destination through brand platform review, refresh or development, and country-specific campaign creative developments and executions. Further details regarding the same are found below.
