Invest in Canada is Canada’s global investment attraction and promotion agency. Facilitating foreign direct investment (“FDI”) that spurs job growth and makes Canada stronger, IiC is the global investor’s primary point of contact that offers tailored, confidential services, bringing together public and private partners to accelerate your business expansion in Canada.

IiC requires a supplier to:

develop a pay equity compliant classification standard;
develop and evaluate complete job descriptions for each position in the organization (approximately 50 job descriptions to be developed and evaluated);
develop a pay equity plan; and,
in future years, develop and update job descriptions on an ad-hoc basis.
