The City of Kitchener has selected the integrated project delivery (“IPD”) method to design and construct the future indoor recreation complex at RBJ Schlegel Park, which is a facility that will house a twenty-five metre (25m), eight-lane (8-lane) pool, leisure pool, and indoor full size soccer pitch, among other items, with a substantial completion date of Q4 2025.
