Description

The Toronto Port Authority (TPA) is the business owner for this Contract, and herewith is referred to in
this document, as PortsToronto. PortsToronto is calling tenders for Marine Terminal Sanitary
Servicing, in accordance with the Drawings, Specifications, and other documents attached herein,
Overall this work is to provide new sewage pumping stations and forcemains for a number of existing
commercial buildings on the Marine Terminal Property site at 8 Unwin Avenue, Toronto, Ontario.
Installation is to take place while the area continues to operate with light commercial traffic, and while
other General Contractors are performing work on the property for PortsToronto.

Tenders are to be submitted on the Form of Tender included herein as supplied by the PortsToronto in person.
Mailed Tenders are to be addressed and delivered to:

Tenders are to be in a sealed envelope marked "Tender: Marine Terminal Sanitary Servicing – Contract
No. 2019-120-01", sealed and addressed to PortsToronto at their address. Tenders must be received by
PortsToronto at their office before 14:00 hours local time, Tuesday April 2nd, 2019. Tenders received
late will be returned unopened. Tenders delivered by hand are to be delivered to the Ground Floor
(elevator lobby) at 60 Harbour Street, Toronto. Delays in mail delivery are the responsibility of the Contractor.
Tenders are acceptable only when the TENDER FORM is submitted and completed in full.
The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted.
