Proponents are required to attend a general Proponents meeting (the “Pre-Tender Meeting”) commencing at 10 am on September 15, at Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport, at 1 Island Airport, Toronto, Ontario, M5V 1A1. Proponents shall meet at the arrivals level of the terminal building, beside the escalators leading from the pedestrian tunnel (at Gateway news stand in the terminal building), no later than 10:15 am from where they will be escorted on a tour of the Place of Work.
The purpose of the Pre-Tender Meeting is to provide an overview of the Project, a clear understanding of this RFT and to brief proponents on site access and security requirements governing the Work. Proponents are required to have Personal Protective Equipment (Vest, Safety Boots, and Hard Hat) for the site visit that will be part of the meeting.
Proponents are requested to limit the number of representatives attending the meeting to a maximum of three (3) representatives per Proponent. The Proponents shall submit no later than September, 13 at 5pm a list of persons attending the meeting, including photocopies of their driver’s licenses or other valid government-issued photo ID to the Owner's representative at mokunlola@portstoronto.com. The attendees are required to bring with them a valid government-issued photo ID to be able to attend the meeting and the tour.
