Description

The Toronto Port Authority, doing business as and henceforth referred to in this document as PortsToronto, was established in June 1999 under the Canada Marine Act, and operates the Port and related facilities in a fiscally responsible manner for the benefit of the City of Toronto, the Province of Ontario, and Canada.
PortsToronto is seeking tenders to provide modification work to the West pier of the Eastern Gap in Toronto Harbour. Work under this contract will consist of modifications to the west pier of the eastern gap in Toronto Harbour, sorting of material from excavation works, stockpiling of acceptable material at the Leslie Street Spit, and other associated work as shown on the contract drawings and described in the specifications.
