Pomerleau Inc. (Pomerleau) has been retained by Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) on behalf of Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) as Construction Manager for the Canadian Centre for Inland Waters – Lab Modernization Project (CCIW – LMP), PSPC Contract No. EQ754‐ l71503/001/PWL.
CCIW is an existing and operational campus comprised of several buildings. CCIW – LMP consists in a phased renovation of laboratory facilities, of office facilities and of life safety systems. CCIW – LMP has been phased to maintain the facility operational at all times.
Pomerleau Inc. is solicitating qualifications and firm lump sum quotations, not including HST, which includes for all the Interior Systems Works in accordance with the enclosed documents.
