General Description of Work:
To undertake a full replacement of the Valour Building's undergorund garage slabs including: New mechanical and electrical equipment, masonry walls and pavement. For a more detailed scope of work sepcificaly for tender pacakge TP#04 -FORMWORK, refer to the instruction to Bidders, Section 00 21 13 of this Tender Pacakge.

Bid Closing:
The closing time and date is scheduled as June 21, 2018 before 14:00 EST. Submit tenders as directed by the Instruciton ot Bidders Section 00 21 13 of this Tender Package.

Site Visit:
An optional site visit has been scheduled on June 13, 2018 at 11:00 EST at the following location" 2140 Wellingnton Street outside main entrance.
