An online presentation by PCL/ED of additional scope elements, required in order to complete the pricing of this scope of work, will be held on Thursday, March 25, 2021 at 10:00am (Eastern time)
The coordinates/link for joining this presentation will be shared by email on March 24, 2021 to all bidders having confirmed their initial intent to bid in the Merx system. The deadline for confirming initial intent to bid will be 2:00pm (Eastern time) on Tuesday, March 24, 2021.

Please provide the following information in the prequalification section of the submission:
1. 1. A short company introduction and outline,
  2. Confirmation of how many years your firm has been manufacturing prefabricated guard booths,
  3. Confirmation that your firm has previously manufactured ballistic rated guard booths,
  4. Provide a minimum of three (3) past projects of similar construction completed in the last 5 years. Include reference information such as, description of scope, show past experience with Canadian weather condition ranging between -30 to +30 degrees Celsius, owner and prime consultants with contact numbers/emails for each, quantity and value of services provided.
