A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday May 11th at 1:00pm.
Due to social distancing requirements each bidder will be limited to two attendees who must be pre-registered.
Meeting location will be confirmed when you pre-register.
Attendees must wear masks at all times and respect social distancing requirements.
Note that depending on the number of attendees this site visit may be broken down in to two separate groups run one after the other.

Additional Bidding Instructions

Prequalification of contractor (first envelope) shall contain the following information:

A short company introduction.
Provide a minimum of three (3) past projects of similar construction completed in the last 5 years including a description of the scope, duration, and cost. At least two of these projects must have a value over $1,000,000.00
Provide a list of unions with which your company is affiliated. The CM has union agreements with labourers, carpenters, and operating engineers, and bidders must follow our agreements.
