Description

The scope of work, generally identified as Concrete Stairs, encompasses the Justice Building Kent Street Entrance Stair concrete repairs and reinstatement as per drawings and specifications.

This tender will consist of a two-envelope bid submission:

The first envelope will be a prequalification of the contractor and will be evaluated on a pass or fail approach.
The second envelope will be the financial portion of this bid.

Prequalification of contractor (first envelope) shall contain the following information:

A short company introduction,
Copy of the bidder’s Designated-Organization-Screening (DOS) certificate,
List of office and site personnel complete with level of security clearance.
List of unions with which your company is affiliated. The CM has union agreements as identified in this document and bidders must comply with these agreements.
Provide a confirmation on company letterhead that the bidder will fully comply with the requirements of the COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement Certification.
