A mandatory job showing will be held on Friday, March 11, 2022 at 1:00pm meet at the front entrance of 1170 Algoma Drive, Ottawa.
All attendees must be fully vaccinated to gain access to this project. This will be confirmed through the provincially approved Vaccination verification documentation and personal identification (such as, driver’s license).
Along with the security requirements (ie, ABA, DoB, etc), all bidders attending the site visit MUST completed the following prior to accessing a Federal building.
- Provide their vaccination information via the secure Vaccination Status Tracking Tool:

(refer to items 2a & 2b of the Tender Documents) Also, please note that you must register for an account using a non @parl.gc.ca email. Rest assured that once your vaccination information has been validated, records will be immediately and permanently destroyed. The only record remaining will be your name and a note stating that your vaccination status has been validated.
- Bring your confirmation email to the site visit, as proof of your completion of the on-line process.
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, only one individual per company may attend the job showing to maintain physical distancing practices and face coverings will be required.
The bidders shall submit the designated person’s name, date of birth and security clearance information through email to the PCL/ED Project Administrator Michelle Kirker (PPCSecurity@pcl-ed.com). The information shall be submitted by Wednesday, March 9, 2022.
As the space is not currently under construction, full PPE (i.e. hard hart safety vest etc.) is not required.
