The scope of the LTDLC Modernization PH I Project includes the fit-up of floors within the LTDLC complex.
This project is the Federal Government’s response to its need to provide its employees with infrastructure and workspaces that meet 21st century standards and will follow the GC Workplace Design concept for Office Spaces. The project consists of 2 phases: Phase 1A completion is currently scheduled for June 2023, and Phase 1B is completion is currently scheduled for October 2023.
The project consists of 15 floors with 4 different clients with specific and different needs. At this time, four different design packages will be scheduled separately and tendered separately.
The total area of the 15 floors of the project is approximately 32,160 square meters.
The Scope of Services of this prequalification package is for the scopes relevant to Divisions 1 through Divisions 28.
Due to design some of the above noted specification packages may be split into multiple smaller packages.

PCL is acting as COnstruction Manager on this project and is solliciting interest for trade subcontractors.

Two (2) complete hard copies of the Statement of Qualifications should be submitted. Each copy of the Bidder’s SOQ shall include a completed and signed copy of Appendix 1 of this RFQ document.
The SOQ submission must clearly identify the Bidder’s name and address and be labelled as follows:

Statements of Qualifications shall be accepted prior to: November 25, 2021 before 2:00pm (Local Ottawa Time) at the address indicated above. Faxed or e-mail submissions will not be accepted. Late submissions will not be accepted and will be returned unopened to the Bidder.

The Bidder’s SOQ is to be based solely on the criteria described below. Bidders are advised to present the requested information clearly and concisely. The main info shall be provided on a CCDC 11 – 2018 (Note: CCDC documents are available at the Canadian Construction Documents Committee website: www.ccdc.org/docs/docs.html]. Bidders are encouraged to use additional sheets if more space is required.
