Description

The project consists of a 2-story new building and site services. A crawlspace is provided under the new building.

PDGH will provide Emergency Services including Special Care, maternity, Palliative Care, Mental Health,
Inpatient Rehabilitation, Dialysis, Cancer Care, Outpatient Services and Therapy, Diagnostic Services, Day
Surgery and 114 inpatient beds. Support services including MDR, Health Information Services, Pharmacy,
Nutrition Services and Environmental Services, Laundry, Materials Management and Maintenance.

The scopes of work included in this tender package are:

Site Services & Lift Station
Excavation, Backfill & Rough Grading
Hard Landscaping
Soft Landscaping
Fences and Gates
Light Weight Fill
