476814-005 - Package #6: Camp Services Procurement

Please review the RFP for more details on the Camp Services package.
The following services will be required, and should be detailed in the proposal submitted:
1. Mobilization of service provider
2. Installation and setup for necessary services
3. Utility service provision (i.e. Electrical connection to onsite power, propane, potable water hauling, waste water hauling, facilities maintenance)
4. Camp staff for hosting guests at a 112-bed facility
5. Cleaning, and linen supply for guests
6. Cooking and food provision for camp guests (Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and grab-and-go food)
7. Catering start-up and shut-down cost
8. Manday rates for guest accommodation and food
9. Communication provision (i.e. Internet, satellite or cable television, phone services)
10. Maintenance and consumables for camp (i.e. Cleaning supplies, lightbulbs, hardware supply for repairs <$500 per month, etc.)
11. Permitting for all services through the appropriate permit-granting authorities
12. Demobilization
